Chart Tracker overview

axiUm’s Chart Tracker module monitors the physical location of patient charts across multiple clinics and chart rooms.

The module stores the location of each patient’s chart, along with a history of the chart’s location, the name of the person who has the chart, and the date and reason, if applicable, for having the chart.

These features are particularly useful in larger institutes, where a chart can potentially be on several different floors and with a different group of providers during a given day.
